Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Customer Service & Greeting:

    • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members, departments, or locations.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked information desk area.
    • Manage and distribute informational materials (e.g., brochures, maps, flyers).
    • Handle incoming telephone calls, screening and transferring them as necessary, and taking detailed messages.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments or managing basic visitor logs/registrations, where required.
