Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a
motivated
Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our
Customer Service
team. In this role, you will be responsible for
resolving complex customer inquiries, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining compliance with service standards.

You will be joining a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences by coordinating seamlessly with internal departments across the organization.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead
    the resolution of complex and escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to ensure timely and accurate responses in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate
    with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Credit, Logistics, and Operations, to effectively coordinate and resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure
    compliance with company policies and procedures by conducting regular quality checks on customer service cases, recorded calls, and supporting the implementation of all customer service policies.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in customer service, including at least 1–2 years as a senior.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling difficult customers professionally.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken) and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
