Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Speaker, based in Giza. The Chinese Speaker will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, communications, and other materials between Chinese and English. Daily tasks include facilitating communication across departments, assisting in meetings, providing language support, and ensuring accurate translations. The role also involves cultural mediation to support smoother interactions within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese and English languages, both written and spoken
- Strong translation and interpretation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different teams
- Cultural awareness and ability to facilitate intercultural communication
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
