Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Telesales Executive will handle tasks such as reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively to promote company offerings and meeting sales targets through proactive engagement with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service and Customer Support expertise for building positive relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
