Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Account Manager will oversee account management and client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining and expanding the customer base, addressing client inquiries, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Account Management to effectively manage and grow client relationships
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address and exceed client expectations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to source, identify, and secure new business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the technology or trading industry is a plus
