Role Overview

We are seeking a
professional, organized, and client-focused Account Manager
to oversee client relationships, manage ongoing projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You will be the primary point of contact, assisting clients throughout every stage while ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication flows.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and expectations, and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Review content, designs, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements.
  • Prepare reports, follow up on performance, and maintain intense client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, production, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value and long-term partnership potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in account management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Professional command of English (spoken and written).
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
