Role Summary:We're seeking a data-driven Senior Performance Media Buyer to own planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns (e‑commerce & lead gen) across GCC markets. You will manage multi-channel budgets, build scalable acquisition funnels, and turn insights from GA4 & other analytics tools into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning- Build full-funnel paid media strategies for GCC markets (KSA, UAE, etc.): audience research, funnel mapping, budgets & forecasting.- Select the right media mix and attribution approach for each objective (e-com sales vs. B2B leads).

Execution & Optimization- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads (Search/PMAX/YouTube), Snapchat, TikTok, X, LinkedIn (as needed).- Run structured A/B & multivariate tests (creatives, bids, landing pages, audiences).-Ensure proper tracking via pixels, GA4, CAPI, GTM, and conversion APIs; troubleshoot discrepancies.

Analytics & Reporting-Own KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV, CTR, CVR) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights & actions.-Build dashboards & pivot tables to visualize performance by channel, campaign, audience, and creative.

Collaboration & Communication- Brief creative/copy teams with clear hypotheses and data-backed insights.- Coordinate with developers/UX to improve landing pages (speed, CRO, form tracking).- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business goals into media objectives.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 3+ years hands-on performance media buying (e‑commerce + lead gen) for GCC markets.- Agency experience with multi-vertical accounts and fast-paced delivery.- Advanced GA4 proficiency (events setup, attribution, funnels).- Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups), familiarity with Looker Studio or Power BI.- Proven success hitting targets (ROAS/CPL) on budgets 50K–500K EGP+/month (or equivalent in SAR/AED).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.- Experience with PMAX, Snapchat, TikTok Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads.- Knowledge of server-side tracking / UTM standards / attribution tools (Triple Whale, Hyros).- CRO know-how (Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives).
