Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Senior Media Buyer
at
Alfa Medical Group
, located in Giza.

The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital and offline platforms to maximize ROI and brand visibility. The role requires a deep understanding of audience behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Daily tasks include media planning, budget allocation, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute media buying strategies across multiple channels (digital, TV, radio, outdoor, and print).
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and emerging media opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates and secure the most cost-effective media placements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams to align media plans with business goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present insights, results, and recommendations to top management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Proven experience managing digital and traditional media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and budgeting skills.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
