About The Role:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across all financial products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, financial industry knowledge, and a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and financial products.
  • Utilize AI-driven market insights and predictive analytics to identify emerging customer needs and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across campaigns and channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen the company's brand positioning across all touchpoints—digital, offline, and PR.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging in all marketing materials and client communications.
  • Oversee content strategy, including thought leadership, press releases, product brochures, and social media.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing).
  • Optimize campaigns using analytics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to build customer acquisition funnels and marketing automation journeys.
  • Work with product and partnership teams to design go-to-market strategies for new launches and services.
  • Develop marketing collateral, pitch decks, and partner co-branding materials.
  • Manage communication with financial institutions, fintech partners, and affiliates.
  • Track key marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, brand awareness, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior management.
  • Use AI analytics tools to monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategy and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within financial services, fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Proven experience leading digital marketing, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
