About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Marketing & Creative Media Specialist
to join the
Projecx Marketing Team
and play a key role in shaping our digital presence and brand strategy.

This position combines strategic marketing, AI-powered content creation, and creative design execution. You'll lead initiatives that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and align with Projecx's overall business objectives.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing leadership, designers, and development teams to ensure every campaign reflects our commitment to innovation, design excellence, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    data-driven marketing strategies
    that amplify Projecx's brand and support growth goals.
  • Manage and scale
    social media presence
    , driving consistent engagement and community growth.
  • Lead
    AI-based video production
    and creative storytelling using tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, or Synthesia.
  • Design and produce
    visual content
    across multiple platforms — from digital ads to presentations and motion graphics.
  • Manage and optimize
    WordPress websites
    , ensuring performance, SEO, and UX best practices.
  • Oversee
    content marketing
    , including blog creation, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency and strengthen Projecx's creative direction.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in digital marketing, brand strategy, or creative media.
  • Strong experience in
    AI video generation
    tools such as Runway, Synthesia, or Pika Labs.
  • Proven ability to create and manage
    graphic design and multimedia content
    .
  • Expertise in
    WordPress management, SEO optimization, and web content strategy
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or Figma
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    social media strategy, analytics, and paid campaigns
    .
  • Strong communication and project management skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    marketing automation platforms
    (HubSpot, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
  • Understanding of
    motion graphics, branding, and UI/UX design principles
    .
  • Familiarity with
    B2B and SaaS marketing
    campaigns.
  • Background in
    video editing or creative direction
    for high-impact campaigns.
