We're hiring a
HR Personnel
who'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department employee relations, payroll preparation, social insurance, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and letters.

· Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and other HR-related documentation

· Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, benefits).

· Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulation

· Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately.

· Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime and prepare monthly reports for payroll processing.

· Handle all matters related to social and medical insurance,

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in HR role personnel administration.

English level excellent is must.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance procedures.
