Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content operations and handle activity or user-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support and promote HQ campaigns by organizing performances, conducting event briefings, and ensuring continuous tracking, review, and data analysis.
  • Plan engaging in-app events based on data performance or feedback from top users, and lead the execution and performance review.
  • Assist in implementing various projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in voice room content planning and team management experience.
  • Strong data awareness with solid analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and other office tools.
  • Deep understanding of the voice room content ecosystem, capable of independently delivering projects.
