Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Low and Medium Voltage Factory Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily factory operations, managing production activities, and developing efficient production plans. The individual will ensure compliance with quality control standards, supervise manufacturing processes, and coordinate closely with operations management to meet production goals. Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing systems and workforce management to drive productivity and efficiency will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
  • Proven ability in Operations Management
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee factory staff and operations
  • Ability to implement process improvements and manage resources efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant educational background, such as an Engineering or Manufacturing-related degree
  • Experience in low and medium voltage electrical manufacturing is a strong advantage
