Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronic Engineer located in 10th of ramadan. The Mechatronic Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced mechatronic systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, performing regular maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting electromechanical issues, and ensuring the integration of electrical and electronic components for seamless automation and functionality.

Job Description

Understand and study the factory's machinery and production line systems (specific machine types will be provided).

● Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic issues, and ensure quick and effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

● Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, with a solid understanding of components such as bearings, motors, drives, and control systems.

● Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, performance, and lifespan of machines.

● Research and stay up-to-date with new technologies, spare parts, or upgrades that could optimize production efficiency.

● Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of all equipment.

● Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and machine performance reports.

Qualifications

Expertise in Mechatronics and Electromechanics for designing and analyzing complex systems

Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Electronics for system integration and automation

Experience in Maintenance and Repair of mechatronics and electromechanical systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electromechanical issues

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
