Construction Site Engineer

We're looking for a motivated Construction Site Engineer to join our team and support ongoing projects.

or have up to
1 year of experience

About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising on-site work, coordinating with contractors & technicians, ensuring quality control, and supporting daily site operations.

This role requires mobility between sites, so having a car is a must. Gas allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction and maintenance activities on site
  • Coordinate work with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure safety standards and quality requirements are met
  • Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
  • Assist in planning, measurements, BOQs, and technical documentation
  • Report on site issues, delays, or needs to the project manager
  • Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling on site

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • Fresh graduate or
    1 year experience
    in construction or site supervision
  • Must have a private car and valid driving license
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Willing to move between multiple sites
