We're looking for a People & Growth Coordinator who will lead recruitment and onboarding with care and precision, while supporting our marketing and sales activities to keep our engine running strong.

What You'll Own

Recruitment & Hiring


• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining our hiring pipeline.


• Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and our standard of professionalism.


• Build strong relationships with candidates and represent LTC with clarity and warmth.

Onboarding & People Operations


• Lead the onboarding journey for new hires from documentation to orientation.


• Prepare contracts, employee files, and HR documents.


• Coordinate probation reviews, track attendance, and support day-to-day people operations.


• Keep our systems, records, and processes organized and accurate.

Marketing & Sales Support


• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing material.


• Help coordinate social media content and basic marketing tasks in alignment with our strategy.


• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM accuracy.

What You Bring


• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.


• A proactive, organized, and detail-driven work style.


• A natural ability to connect with people and maintain professionalism.


• Comfort working across multiple functions and keeping processes moving.


• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or operations is a strong advantage.


• Basic marketing or content-handling ability is a plus, not a must.
