Role Overview

We're hiring a
Senior HR Specialist
who is passionate about
People Experience
—someone who understands that building a great company starts with creating a great place to work.

In this role, you'll take ownership of core HR functions—from hiring and onboarding to performance and development—while actively shaping how our team experiences their journey at Tactful. You'll partner closely with leadership and team leads to foster an inclusive, performance-driven, and feedback-rich culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and commercial roles
• Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring speed and quality
• Design thoughtful onboarding experiences that help new joiners feel welcome and aligned from day one

People Experience & Culture

• Champion employee engagement initiatives that foster trust, purpose, and belonging
• Act as a people partner—supporting team leads and individuals through challenges and growth conversations
• Help coordinate internal communications, team rituals, and company-wide updates
• Organise culture-building activities, offsites, and moments of recognition

Performance & Development

• Support and improve performance review cycles and feedback frameworks
• Collaborate with leadership on career paths, L&D opportunities, and skill development
• Help shape policies and practices that support wellbeing, autonomy, and inclusion

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or similar roles—ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, employment law, and compliance (MENA or EU)

Clear communicator with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive—you see around corners and plan ahead

Comfortable using HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and engagement platforms
