Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will support the company by managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting in employee relations, and contributing to the development of a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
- Experience with HR Management and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management and fostering employee engagement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
