Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing, ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, and manage employee compensation and benefit records efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining payroll data, addressing discrepancies, ensuring the timely disbursement of salaries, calculating taxes and deductions, and preparing periodic payroll reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in payroll processing, data entry, and ensuring accurate compensation and benefits management
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and other financial tools
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Previous experience working in payroll or financial administration roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
