Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Consultant located in Cairo. The HR Consultant will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include designing organizational policies, conducting workforce planning, advising on talent acquisition strategies, creating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing performance appraisal systems, facilitating training programs, and providing expert guidance on human resources matters to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources practices, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance and organizational policy design.
  • Skills in training facilitation, employee development, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience in advising leadership on HR strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing processes effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields are advantageous.
