  1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support in the development and execution of EGBANK advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Support in the promotional activities including sponsorships, activations, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Responsible for the creation, assembly, and distribution of employee branded stationery kits.

Collaborate with HR to develop and implement internal programs that communicate the organization's image, mission, vision, and philosophy

Ensure consistent communication of EGBANK's brand image and positioning to both internal and external audiences.

Handle the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of internal publications and communications.

Responsible for the internal communication platforms such as intranet, newsletters, staff events, and group meetings to ensure effective staff communication.

Establish tools and methods to measure the effectiveness and success of internal communication programs

Support employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR, including workshops, trainings, and internal campaigns to promote brand identity and culture.

Coordinate and support CSR initiatives aligned with EGBANK's strategic focus on youth and entrepreneurship, in partnership with NGOs.

Ensure effective communication with agencies and assist in managing creative pitches, while contributing to brand tracking and market research efforts.

  1. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor degree in mass communication or –related felid, certifications in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications are to be considered as an asset.

5-8 years of relevant experience, preferred exposure Marketing, Advertising, Communications & public relations.

Experience within Banking Industry is to be considered as an asset.

Skills:

Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)

Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Excellent Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
