About The Role
As Chief Engineer at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, Egypt, you will oversee all engineering operations, ensuring the Hotel's systems and facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Leading a dedicated team, you'll manage preventive maintenance, support sustainability initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of luxury and safety. This role is key to delivering the exceptional quality and comfort Four Seasons is known for.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead our engineering department. The ideal candidate will
implement the 10/5 Rule
, and be skilled in
hiring, training, supervising, and motivating team members
. Responsibilities include managing
preventive maintenance schedules
, conducting
performance reviews
, and ensuring
efficient departmental operations
through strong systems and controls. The role also involves preparing
annual and five-year budgets
, maintaining
fire life safety equipment
, and ensuring the team is trained in
emergency procedures and CPR
. Strong communication skills and the ability to build
reliable contractor relationships
are essential.
