Job Overview

Esnad Information Technology Company is on the lookout for a detail-driven and forward-thinking Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Department at our head office in Sheikh Zayed. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial advisory services align with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal frameworks.

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position. Candidates who are not open to working onsite at our Sheikh Zayed head office will be automatically filtered out.

Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance

Monitor, interpret, and implement regulations relevant to the financial advisory sector.

Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Prepare and manage regulatory filings, inspections, and audits.

Policy & Procedure Development

Create and update compliance policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Conduct periodic reviews and training to ensure staff understanding and alignment.

Risk Management

Evaluate compliance-related risks through regular assessments and audits.

Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.

Compliance Advisory

Act as an internal advisor for all regulatory, policy, and ethical matters.

Represent the company in communications with regulatory bodies and auditors.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain complete and accurate compliance records and logs.

Generate reports for senior management and compliance committees.

Training & Awareness

Lead training programs and awareness campaigns on compliance matters.

Foster a corporate culture centered around ethics and accountability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in a compliance role within financial services or tech.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially in financial advisory services.

Past experience working with or applying Saudi regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMA, SAMA) is highly appreciated and will be considered a significant asset.

Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCP, ICA, or equivalent are preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic & English).

Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk sensitivity.

Important Notice

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Sheikh Zayed, Giza.
