Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Trainer based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This includes preparing learning materials, leading workshops, and conducting assessments to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and tailoring training strategies to address specific team needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Presentation and Communication to deliver clear and engaging training sessions
  • Experience in providing Sales Trainings and expertise in Training & Development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles to align training with customer-focused sales strategies
  • Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make continual process improvements
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in adapting to hybrid work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote training sessions is a plus
