Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Generation Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include developing and executing demand generation campaigns, managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and working closely with sales teams to identify qualified leads. The role also requires strengthening customer engagement through targeted communication strategies and driving initiatives that enhance lead conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation tools
  • Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and ability to interpret data to improve performance
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in collaborating with Sales teams to optimize lead qualification
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies and B2B marketing is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
