Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with deep marketing expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. The Senior Marketing Manager oversees campaign development, brand positioning, digital marketing initiatives, and marketing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities in target markets and customer segments.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and evolve the company's brand identity in line with market trends and business goals.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
  • Optimize digital channels to increase conversion rates and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and metrics-driven marketing culture.
  • Set and track team KPIs and individual performance goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
