Purpose of Job:

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in PHP development, strong knowledge of databases, and a passion for building scalable web applications. Experience in healthcare development will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using
    PHP
    ,
    Laravel
    , and
    WordPress
    .
  • Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks to deliver complete, high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support various applications.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Learn and apply best practices in software development and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Contribute to improving development workflows and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Very good English
  • Experience with developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of
    PHP

    Laravel
    , and
    WordPress

  • Good understanding of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    , and responsive web design principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
  • Basic understanding of

  • Familiarity with
    Agile development methodologies
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet project deadlines.

Preferred / Plus:

  • Experience in
    healthcare or medical software development

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of security best practices and data protection.
