Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a SDR, you will play a crucial role in converting cold and warm leads into satisfied clients by effectively addressing their needs and providing exceptional service. We are an Influencer marketing agency who strives to deliver outstanding experiences for our partners. If you do not have a strong sales acumen, please DO NOT apply.

BASE SALARY: 40,000 EGP

COMMISSION: Up to 115,000 EGP per closed appointment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach (via our dialer) to both warm and cold leads.
  • Book appointments directly with yourself for a presentation call.
  • Run high-energy Google Meet demos (camera on, professional presence required).
  • Confidently handle objections and close deals on the spot.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage contracts, proposals, and basic onboarding for new clients.
  • Track all activity and results in our CRM and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales or closing B2B/B2C deals
  • Ability to manage time, pipelines, and follow-ups with precision
  • Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and video calls
  • Experience upselling or expanding deal sizes
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and not afraid to close deals
  • Available to start immediately, hours for this position are from 9am to 5pm EST
