Pyramids Steel is looking for a General Accountant to join the finance team and handle all areas of accounting within the company. The candidate must have a strong background in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for banks, suppliers, customers, and warehouses.
  • Monitor production costs and compare actual costs with standard or budgeted costs.
  • Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Follow up on inventory movements and ensure accurate system posting.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work on Microsoft Dynamics to manage the full accounting and production cycle.

Requirements
:

  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
  • Preferred range: 30s to early 40s.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing financial operations.
