About the Job:

The AI & Development Lead is the
chief technical owner
of
TTG ONE
, our unified AI-enabled digital ecosystem for translation & localization operations.

This role leads
architecture, full-stack development, AI/LLM integration
, and ensures the platform's scalability and excellence.

A hands-on leadership position combining
Senior Full-Stack expertise (Python)
with
AI automation, system design, and team leadership
.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead the system architecture design and evolution (modular monolithic → microservices).

·      Define coding standards, repository structure, CI/CD, and DevOps guidelines.

·      Oversee backend (Python, Laravel) and frontend (React, React Native) architectures.

·      Ensure secure, scalable, multi-company SaaS-ready system design.

·      Manage integrations: QuickBooks, CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ), analytics dashboards.

·      Lead development of all AI/LLM features (vendor ranking, task routing, predictive analytics).

·      Build Python-based AI components and manage model evaluation and automation pipelines.

·      Mentor & manage full-stack developers; perform code reviews.

·      Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with Product Analyst.

·      Collaborate closely with UI/UX and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.

·      Participate in agile ceremonies: sprints, standups, backlog refinement.

·      Prepare technical documentation, ERDs, API specs, and architectural blueprints.

·      Ensure on-time delivery of modules: CRM, Vendor, Sales, Projects, Mobile App.

·      Maintain legacy system stability during transition.

·      Enforce data security, encryption, GDPR/ISO compliance.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Python (primary backend + AI language).
  • Strong Laravel (PHP) backend experience.
  • Deep knowledge in React & React Native.
  • AI/ML/NLP expertise, LLM integration, automation pipelines.
  • MySQL schema design & multi-tenant database experience.
  • API/webhook/queues/microservices integration experience.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or financial integrations is a plus.

Experience

  • 7+ years full-stack development experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership or architecture ownership.
  • Experience building ERP/CRM/workflow platforms.
  • Prior experience implementing AI/ML for operational automation.
