About the Role:

We are seeking a talented
AI Automan
to join our team and help drive automation and efficiency through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions. As an AI Automan, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation processes that will transform the way we work. If you have a passion for AI, automation, and process improvement, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, and product) to analyze automation needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Build and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Optimize and continuously improve the performance of automation systems.
  • Monitor AI-driven workflows and ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on AI automation tools and frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and automation technologies.
  • Document automation processes and contribute to best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing AI solutions and automating processes using AI technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and data-driven problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying AI-driven automation at scale in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and working with big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of API integration and developing distributed systems.
