We are hiring a
Maintenance Lead (Mechanical)
to join our Maintenance team and ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable operation of our plant machinery and utilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical & electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance technicians during breakdowns.
  • Assign work orders to technicians and follow up on completion.
  • Ensure all maintenance work follows the approved maintenance plan and standards.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and negotiate terms.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and handle purchase requests.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Maintenance experience in the
    F&B sector
    is preferred.


Skills Required

  • Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical).
  • Ability to read technical manuals & schematics.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills when dealing with contractors.


Experience

3–6 years
in a similar maintenance role.
