Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Human Resources Specialist. The individual will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. They will also collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives while maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and maintain confidentiality
  • Relevant education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and compliance is an advantage
