Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Specialist located in Egypt. The RCM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle process, including medical billing, insurance claims processing, accounts receivable management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Specialist will analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance revenue collection.

Qualifications

  • Medical billing and insurance claims processing skills
  • Experience in accounts receivable management and financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using billing software and financial management systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field is a plus
