A- Cost Monitoring & Reporting:


• Continuously monitor production and operational costs to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports to evaluate cost trends, variances, and performance against budget.


• Analyze and explain cost fluctuations, variances, and inefficiencies, providing actionable insights for corrective action.

B- Budgeting & Forecasting:


• Assist in the development of budgets for production and operational costs in collaboration with relevant departments.


• Work with other departments to gather cost estimates for new projects, ensuring these are accurately reflected in financial forecasts.

C.-Pricing Support & Decision Making:


• Support pricing decisions by analyzing production costs, operational costs, and market trends.


• Provide cost structure insights that inform pricing strategies for products and services.


• Assist in setting profit margins and ensuring they align with company objectives.

D- Cost Reduction & Efficiency Initiatives:

Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and provide recommendations for improving cost efficiency.


• Work with production and operations teams to implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or productivity.


• Track the impact of cost-saving measures, reporting on savings realized and areas for further improvement.

E. Inventory & Asset Management:


• Monitor inventory levels and work with the Inventory Controller to ensure proper stock levels are maintained while minimizing waste or overstocking.


• Analyze inventory costs and develop reports to highlight trends and inefficiencies.


• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed asset costs, depreciation, and disposal.

F. Collaboration & Communication:


• Communicate regularly with department heads and management to provide cost-related insights and support decision-making.


• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate costing in financial reports and statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance.


• 3+ years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or managerial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive operations environment.


• Strong knowledge of cost control processes, cost accounting principles, and budgeting.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).


• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and interpret cost-related information.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal team
