Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Workforce Analyst. The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for workforce management and analytics, including capacity planning, monitoring, and forecasting workforce needs. The role requires utilizing analytical skills to identify trends, preparing and delivering reports, and ensuring optimal staffing levels. The Workforce Analyst will work closely with various departments to communicate workforce needs and implement strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Capacity Planning and Workforce Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and Workforce Analytics experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
- Proficient in using workforce management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
