**Role purpose**:
To Create, Produce, Present and Deliver data and reporting for the Quality, Risk & Control team. This involves ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well presented risk-based insight and data to support the Quality, Risk and Control strategy and support all Quality forums
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Responsible for production of monthly reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews for Customer Services & Operations areas
- Accountable for the majority of Quality, Risk & Control data, reporting requests and presentations
- Support Quality Coaches/Specialists in the production of required data.
- Constantly abide by Data Protection and other data policies when handling data
- Ongoing development of Automated Quality Management and the data pulled from it.
- Monthly RCC and other key forum outputs.
- Where Quality is commissionable, ensure accurate data is utilized
- Ownership of all Quality tools including SharePoint’s
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**
- Data insights
- Reporting
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, with the desire to learn and expand your knowledge and skills around data
- Ability to identify poor data
- An understanding of data policies and procedures
- An understanding of Customer Services and Operations would be advantageous
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate data findings would be advantageous
**Professional qualifications**:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of data ethics, data protection and best practice reporting and insights
- SharePoint (Power apps-Power Automate)
- PowerBi skill
- Programming skill (SQL-HTML-Java)
- Presentation skills
