Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in 6th of October. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property showings, facilitating sales, negotiating terms, and assisting clients in finding ideal commercial properties. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and strong knowledge of the real estate market
  • Holding a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service, including communication and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
