Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Real Estate Sales Manager will manage and mentor the sales team, devise and implement sales strategies, and work to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, managing property listings, leading negotiations, and ensuring that all sales processes comply with local regulations. The role requires excellent leadership abilities, market knowledge, and communication skills to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Knowledge Review of current projects and their related maps daily. Attending team presentation meetings where current projects are showcased to deliver a presentation or listen to colleagues' presentations. Conduct a weekly meeting with the team to share your previous sales experiences. Attend the weekly Sales techniques sessions to improve your sales skills, prepare the ROI report with his / her senior PC to submit the ROI session to the team. Attend a weekly follow‐up meeting with your direct manager to review the Ads and team technical issues. Then share the meeting results with your team. Attend a weekly follow‐up meeting with the brunch manager to follow up on the Target achievements. Then share the meeting results with your team. Conduct a weekly meeting with the team to present the ROI report and discuss the company's new directions. Attend the orientation meetings to learn about the company's new directions and projects. Customer Communication : Achieving the specific target. Conducting 3 meetings with a client to close a sales deal. Post announcements of new launches on your social media platforms. Attend the weekly Managerial meeting to learn about the company's new directions. Attend the cityscape event. Attend the new launches event. Preparing the necessary reports for the direct manager, which he uses to prepare for the managerial meeting. Staff Management Review the ads on the property finder platform, which was created by your team. Provide support and advice to your team for the urgent cases and take the necessary steps to remove obstacles and solve problems they face. Follow up on the implementation of the daily tasks of the sales staff in accordance with the company's policies and directions (open cases, calls, add manager follow-up comments 30 per day. Review the leads data report "Just assign ‐ Reminder ‐ Missed deleted" and rotate min 10 missed customers between your team
