Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead the sales of our commercial real estate projects directly to businesses. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, medical groups, and companies seeking commercial, administrative, or medical spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business clients (companies, retail brands, medical institutions, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Present project offerings (commercial, administrative, and medical units) tailored to business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, leasing terms, and sales agreements with companies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create B2B-focused campaigns.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate services.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and meet the requirements of corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
