Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Document Controller located in New Cairo. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and records. The role involves ensuring document accuracy, updating project files, maintaining retrieval systems, and coordinating closely with team members to facilitate effective communication regarding documentation processes. Adherence to company standards and guidelines for record-keeping and document control is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
  • Experience in Records Management and organization systems
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using document management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in real estate or project management is a plus
