Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Acumen's brand visibility across local and regional markets.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

  • Handle media buying, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis across digital channels.

  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers to produce engaging, brand-aligned social media posts and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (investment, research, and corporate teams) to align communication with business objectives.

  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies for Acumen's financial products across multiple sectors, ensuring strong market positioning and client engagement.

  • Update and maintain the company website weekly with market news, financial updates, and corporate announcements.

  • Support event planning, sponsorships, and media relations to enhance corporate reputation.

  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new business growth opportunities.

  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand tone across all internal and external materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the financial services, banking, or investment sectors.

  • Proven experience in Media Buying for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams, including graphic designers and content creators, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking platforms.

  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
