JOB TITLE

Marketing Executive | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY

Marketing Executive is responsible for handling and executing all content and campaigns across Carrefour's online platforms; website and mobile app. Ensures that all offers, visuals and communications are accurately reflected online while maintaining an engaging and seamless customer experience. The position requires close coordination with the Designers, Commercial, social media, and CRM teams to execute campaigns.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Use the CMS (Content Management System) to update content, banners, and pages efficiently on the website and app.
  • Create and maintain landing pages for campaigns, category promotions, and key events.
  • Work closely with the Design team to prepare all text and data required for visuals.
  • Draft marketing copies and creative captions for social media, push notifications (PNs), and CRM communications (emails and SMS).
  • Coordinate with the CRM and Social Media teams on content execution.
  • Execute and upload the daily updates and campaign activations on the website and app.
  • Conduct daily quality checks (QC) across all online assets — including the website, app, landing pages, content, visuals and products, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience and interface.
  • Propose and develop new onsite initiatives ideas to increase engagement and drive conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in CMS and in website content creation and management.
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of social media channels and developing online content for different platforms.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of problem-solving skills and detailed oriented.
