Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing candidate interviews, strengthening employer branding strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to meet the company's current and future talent acquisition needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and effective Hiring practices
  • 1-3 Years of experience
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and building positive candidate experiences
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and strategies to attract top talent
  • Expertise in Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and develop strong professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
