Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality content (articles, social posts, email campaigns) aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create and enforce brand strategies, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute the content calendar, managing publishing across various digital channels.
  • Analyze content performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate with graphic design, SEO, and other teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Review, edit, and approve all marketing content to maintain quality and brand standards.
  • Manage and evolve the company's brand guidelines and train internal teams on their use.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content management
  • Proficiency in design software
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and marketing automation platforms
