Job Description
Engage with customers in-person to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored recommendations on new and used vehicles.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and digital purchasing options to effectively address customer questions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and digital initiatives.
Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product offerings and industry trends.
Represent Digital Car Egypt's values and commitment to customer satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of digital sales platforms and online customer engagement.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a customer-facing role.
Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Desired Candidate Profile- 2-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
