Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Cairo. The Sales Advisor will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, provide exceptional service, and promote products effectively. Responsibilities include driving sales, addressing customer inquiries, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. The role also involves building customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Proven sales capabilities and ability to achieve targets
  • Familiarity with training or guiding customers regarding product use
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative attitude
  • Previous experience in retail or beauty-related fields is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
