Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: ALexandria

Working hours & days: 10 am : 6 pm Sun-Wed (office) Thu (remotely) .. Fri & Sat weekend

What you'll do:

  • Convert leads into clients — Use company-provided leads to introduce LOOJ's services, showcase our portfolio, present proposals, and close deals.
  • Build your own pipeline — Proactively identify and reach out to new potential clients through research and creative outreach.
  • Master the art of the pitch — From cold calls to tailored presentations, you'll turn prospects into loyal paying clients.
  • Drive measurable results — Book a minimum of 10+ proposal meetings per week and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Nurture and grow relationships — Maintain strong connections with clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Explore new opportunities — Research markets, trends, and potential segments to help LOOJ expand its reach.
  • Stay organized and data-driven — Keep our CRM meticulously updated daily with lead activity, notes, and follow-ups.

Who you are:

  • A natural closer with at least 1 year of proven sales/business development experience (agency or creative industry experience is a plus).
  • A confident, persuasive communicator — fluent in both Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive and positive — you take initiative, stay motivated, and focus on outcomes.
  • Extroverted and energetic — you thrive in social settings and love building connections.
  • Creative and adaptable — you think outside the box to engage prospects and overcome challenges.
