. It's a strategic role for someone who can understand, build, lead, and close.

Your Mission
:

As a
Senior BD

at Three E's, you'll play a critical role in:

  • Commercial efforts to open high-value B2B relationships across new and existing verticals.
  • Designing and refining outreach strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Building a structured sales pipeline, from prospecting to pilot validation to contract closure.
  • Owning key client relationships and overseeing the full BD cycle (needs gathering → proposal preparation → negotiation → deal).
  • Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with teams to develop customized solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Representing the company at strategic meetings, events, and partnership negotiations.
  • Supporting junior BD team members with insights, playbooks, and mentoring.


We're Looking For
:

  • Proven years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in tech, automation, or hardware/software services.
  • A track record of closing large deals, building client trust, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Fluent English & Arabic speaker with ex
    cellent Communication and customer Service abilities to manage and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Smart negotiator, quick thinker, and able to tailor pitches based on industry context.
  • Confident

with numbers, proposals, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured BD reporting is a big plus.
- A background in marketing or business development is a bonus.
