Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Manufacturing Planning Manager at our facility in Qesm 2nd 6 October. In this role, you will oversee production planning, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize resource allocation, monitor production efficiency, and address challenges proactively. Developing strategies for process improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards are key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Experience in supply chain management and logistics for manufacturing operations
  • Proficiency in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance in electrical manufacturing
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and relevant planning tools
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively
  • Experience in the transformer or electrical manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
